Still little known to the general public, this region is becoming one of the nerve centres of a new Dominican tourism: more sustainable, more rooted, more human.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 id=\"ember647\">Miches: an area in the making, but already ready to shine<\/h3>\n<p id=\"ember648\">Located just 1h30 drive from Punta Cana, <strong>Loaves<\/strong> is immediately recognised for the richness of its natural environment: unspoilt beaches, lush forests and exceptionally biodiverse lagoons. But where Miches really comes into its own is in its <strong>a coherent tourism development strategy<\/strong>with a focus on sustainability, local experience and innovative hotel infrastructure.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"b2v-single-figure\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"350\" src=\"https:\/\/v2.breeziful.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Breezifularticlelarge.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large\" alt=\"Breezifularticlelarge\" \/><figcaption>Breezifularticlelarge<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3 id=\"ember650\">First stop: the CECULMI Cultural Centre<\/h3>\n<p id=\"ember651\">The centre, which symbolises the desire to promote living heritage, is intended to be a place for the transmission of knowledge between generations: crafts, workshops, exhibitions, etc. There is a strong sense of local energy here, reflecting the identity of the community of Miches.<br \/>This type of cultural facility is a strong marker: unlike some artificial projects, <strong>Miches integrates its population into its tourism strategy<\/strong>. It is one of the most ambitious projects in the region, if not the whole country.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember659\">Two worlds coexist on the same site:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dreams Playa Esmeralda<\/strong>A family-friendly resort with modern facilities, children's clubs and a friendly atmosphere.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Secrets Playa Esmeralda<\/strong>for a more intimate and exclusive experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>What's striking is the quality of the materials, the fluidity of the spaces and, above all, the quality of the design, <strong>integrating the project into its natural environment<\/strong>.
