Description
Trincomalee is one of Sri Lanka's oldest port cities, renowned for its cultural heritage and pristine beaches. The Koneswaram temple towers majestically over the sea. A few miles away, Nilaveli offers a sanctuary of tranquillity, between coconut palms, coral reefs and transparent waters.
Day 1 - Trincomalee (Boarding at 4pm - Dutch Bay)
Welcome aboard the Ceycat in Dutch Bay with a welcome cocktail. Enjoy your first dinner at sunset as the boat drops anchor in Back Bay, at the foot of the sacred temple of Koneswaram. Evening free on board with swimming, paddle or canoe available.
Day 2 - Whale watching & anchoring in Nilaveli
Wake up to freshly brewed tea or coffee. Head out to sea for a whale and dolphin watching session, a highlight of the cruise. Lunch served on board before heading to Nilaveli, the pearl of the east coast. Free time to enjoy the beach, snorkel or paddle until sunset.
Day 3 - Return to Dutch Bay
After breakfast, water-based activities on board: swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding. Lunch served while sailing back to Dutch Bay. Disembarkation at 1pm.
