Weather conditions : In the event of bad weather conditions making the visit by convertible impracticable, an alternative will be offered or the visit will be rescheduled to a later date depending on availability.

- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before departure: refund of 50%.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: no refund.
