1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The customer acknowledges that he/she is aware of all the characteristics and terms and conditions of the services offered, in particular the price of these services and these general terms and conditions of sale, which apply to all bookings. Confirmation of any booking, which gives rise to the conclusion of a contract, implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
2. PRICE
a. The prices indicated on the Breeziful website are indicative and may be modified at any time prior to the conclusion of the contract depending on available stocks and changes in the prices of its suppliers.
b. The contract price only includes the services listed in the offer description. Unless otherwise specified, the following services are not included:
- airport-to-airport transfers
- airport services
- personal expenses (tips, telephone, etc.)
- drinks with meals
- visa fees
- travel insurance (repatriation insurance, cancellation insurance, etc.)
c. The price fixed by the contract may be revised upwards or downwards in accordance with Article L 211-12 of the French Tourism Code to take account of the cost of transport, fees and taxes relating to the services offered, and variations in exchange rates.
3. PAYMENT
a. When booking online, the customer must pay 100% of the price of the offer at the time the contract is concluded. Breeziful will send a proof of payment to the customer and a booking request to the supplier.
b. Validation of the booking will take up to 48 hours. During this time, the availability of the offer will be checked with our supplier.
c. If the supplier confirms the booking, the customer will receive a booking confirmation, an invoice and a voucher. If the supplier does not reply or is no longer available, the customer will be reimbursed immediately.
4. CANCELLATION, AMENDMENT AND ASSIGNMENT
a. In the event of a cancellation request by the customer, the cancellation fee is 100% of the price from the time of the booking request, regardless of the date of cancellation.
b. Any request for modification is considered as a cancellation and will give rise to the application of the above-mentioned cancellation fees.
c. The customer may transfer the contract relating to his holiday to any person who fulfils all the conditions required for the trip or holiday, provided that none of the characteristics of the holiday or trip (type of accommodation, number of customers, children in the same age group, etc.) transferred is modified. A fee of €90 per person will be charged for the transfer of the holiday or travel contract.
5. RESPONSIBILITY
a. Breeziful is responsible for sales and collection. Suppliers propose exclusive offers to Breeziful, which places them online and sells them to customers.
b. Breeziful guarantees the availability of the offer within 48 hours of purchase by the customer, subject to confirmation by the supplier.
6. COMPLAINTS
Any claim for non-performance or improper performance of the sales contract must be notified to Breeziful by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within one month of the date of purchase.
7. INSURANCE
Breeziful has taken out a professional indemnity policy with an insurance company.
8. DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, customers' personal data are processed by Breeziful and its service providers for the management and execution of bookings. Customers have the right to access and rectify their personal data by writing to Breeziful.
9. LIABILITY
No compensation or refund will be paid if the customer does not show up at the start of the trip. Similarly, no refund or compensation will be paid for any service not used by the customer or for any interrupted trip.
10. ADMINISTRATIVE AND HEALTH FORMALITIES
10.1 Administrative formalities
The information provided in these general terms and conditions of sale applies only to nationals of France or of another Member State of the European Union or of a State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Persons of other nationalities should contact the relevant embassy or consulate for information on the administrative formalities to be observed.
It is the responsibility of each customer to ensure that they are in possession of the documents required for their journey:
- Valid identity card or passport Every person travelling, whatever their age, must hold an individual identity document bearing their name.
- Visa Some destinations require a visa. It is the customer's responsibility to find out about and obtain this visa before departure. Visa fees are payable by the customer.
- Other documents Some countries may require additional documents such as proof of sufficient funds, return tickets or special authorisations.
If you are travelling to, through or over the United States, you must obtain an ESTA electronic visa before departure. This visa must be applied for on the official website https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov.
Customers must check before departure that the first and last names on their travel documents correspond exactly to those on their identity documents and visas. Breeziful cannot be held responsible for the impossibility to travel due to the non-conformity of administrative documents.
10.2 Health formalities
It is the responsibility of each customer to find out about the health formalities required for each country visited, including stopovers and transits. Health formalities may include :
- Compulsory vaccinations Some countries require specific vaccinations. We recommend that you consult the following websites for up-to-date information:
- Health certificates Some countries may require medical certificates or screening tests (e.g. PCR test for COVID-19).
- Health insurance Health insurance: We strongly recommend that you take out health insurance covering medical expenses and repatriation in the event of accident or illness.
Breeziful cannot be held responsible in the event of non-compliance with administrative and/or health formalities, and if the customer is refused boarding or access to the place of stay. No reimbursement will be made and all additional costs incurred will remain the responsibility of the customer.
