Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy
Last updated: 26 September 2026
This Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy explains how Breeziful, available at https://breeziful.com, uses cookies, local browser storage and similar technologies when you browse the website and use its services.
It complements Breeziful's Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.
1. Website operator
Breeziful is published under the name Consult Service Tourism (CST).
The website is operated by:
Massard-Guersan et Cie SNC
12 Rue Le-Corbusier
1208 Geneva
Switzerland
Swiss company identification number (UID): CHE-423.992.781
Publication Director: Philippe Guersan

Telephone: +33 6 08 33 49 16
2. What is a cookie or similar technology?
A cookie is information stored in your browser or on your device when you use a website.
Other technical mechanisms can perform similar functions. Breeziful may use, in particular:
- cookies;
- browser local storage (
localStorage); - session storage (
sessionStorage); - technical session identifiers;
- resources provided by third-party services when you use specific features.
In this Policy, “cookies and similar technologies” refers collectively to these mechanisms.
3. Breeziful's approach
Breeziful is configured to minimise the placement or use of tracking technologies during ordinary browsing.
Under the configuration currently planned for the website:
- no advertising tool is automatically triggered during ordinary browsing;
- no audience analytics tool identified during technical testing is automatically triggered;
- WooCommerce Order Attribution is disabled;
- the
sbjs_*attribution cookies are not placed during anonymous browsing; - Retainful is installed but disabled;
- OpenStreetMap external map resources are loaded only following an action by the user;
- Éléonore creates its local technical session identifier only when the user sends their first message;
- automatic TranslatePress translation is disabled.
This configuration may change. If Breeziful subsequently activates analytics, advertising, marketing, attribution or other technologies requiring prior consent, the website's choice-management mechanism and this Policy will be updated before their activation where required.
4. Functional cookies and storage mechanisms
Certain cookies or storage mechanisms may be required for a feature requested by the user.
wordpress_test_cookie
Service: WordPress
Purpose: checks whether the browser accepts cookies required for login.
Trigger: in particular when the WordPress login page is opened.
Duration: browser session.
b2v_currency_manual
Service: Breeziful
Purpose: remembers the display currency voluntarily selected by the user.
Trigger: only after the user manually selects a currency.
Duration: approximately 365 days.
b2v_precheckout_ref
Service: Breeziful
Purpose: temporarily stores a technical reference required for the pre-checkout process.
System-defined duration: 1,800 seconds, approximately 30 minutes.
b2v_supplier_session
Service: Breeziful
Purpose: securely associates a supplier response with the relevant session.
System-defined duration: 7,200 seconds, approximately 2 hours.
wordpress_logged_in_* and wordpress_sec_*
Service: WordPress
Purpose: authentication, login security and maintenance of an authenticated user session.
Trigger: signing in to the member area.
Duration: depends on the WordPress authentication session and configuration.
woocommerce_items_in_cart, woocommerce_cart_hash and wp_woocommerce_session_*
Service: WooCommerce
Purpose: technical operation of a cart or order process when required.
Trigger: depends on the WooCommerce process being used.
Duration: depends on the relevant WooCommerce session and feature.
These mechanisms are therefore not necessarily present during an ordinary visit to Breeziful.
5. Éléonore conversational assistant
Breeziful provides the Éléonore conversational assistant.
When you actually start a conversation by sending your first message, Éléonore creates a technical identifier in your browser's local storage:
breeziful_eleonore_session_id_v2
This identifier:
- is generated randomly;
- does not directly contain your name, email address or WordPress user ID;
- does not contain the content of your conversation;
- is not used for advertising;
- is not used for audience analytics;
- is not used for marketing attribution;
- is used only to maintain a consistent technical Éléonore session identifier within the same browser.
The identifier is sent to the Breeziful server when you send a message to Éléonore.
It is not sent to OpenAI in the requests examined during technical testing and is not stored in Breeziful's database by the audited Breeziful AI Concierge code.
The identifier is stored in browser localStorage.
There is currently no automatic expiry attached to this storage. It therefore remains until replaced by Éléonore's operation or until the website data is cleared from your browser.
Using the “Start again” function ends the identifier used for the previous conversation. A new identifier will only be created when a new message is subsequently sent.
No Éléonore identifier is created merely by browsing the website or by opening the Éléonore panel without sending a message.
6. OpenStreetMap
Certain Breeziful pages provide an interactive map based on OpenStreetMap.
External map resources are not loaded automatically when the page opens.
They are loaded only when you voluntarily choose to display the map, for example by clicking “Show map”.
At that point, the browser contacts:
tile.openstreetmap.org
This connection may technically communicate information required for an internet request to OpenStreetMap, including:
- your IP address;
- the requested map tile URL;
- technical information about your browser;
- potentially the referring page address depending on browser configuration.
During Breeziful's technical testing, no browser cookie placed by OpenStreetMap was observed before or after the maps were displayed.
7. Payments — WooPayments, Stripe and related services
Breeziful uses WooCommerce and WooPayments for its payment process.
When you access the payment form, it may load technical resources required for its operation and security.
During testing in the TEST environment, the payment form referenced resources provided by:
- Stripe (
js.stripe.com); - Sift (
cdn.sift.com).
These services are involved in the technical operation and security of the payment process.
Breeziful's technical tests were conducted without entering real payment card details and without completing a real payment. The tests therefore do not provide an exhaustive list of any additional cookies or storage mechanisms that these providers may create following interaction with a payment method.
When you use the payment form, certain technical information and information required to process or secure the payment may be communicated to the relevant providers.
Their own privacy policies may also apply to the processing they perform as part of their services.
8. Authentication and member area
When you sign in to your member area, WordPress uses technical mechanisms required to:
- recognise you as an authenticated user;
- maintain your session between pages;
- secure your login;
- allow you to sign out.
Technical testing carried out before launch confirmed that the authenticated session remained active after navigation and page refresh and was correctly terminated on sign-out.
9. Website translation
Breeziful uses TranslatePress to provide the website in languages including French and English.
Under the configuration planned for launch:
- TranslatePress is active;
- automatic translation is disabled;
- no specific public-facing TranslatePress storage mechanism was identified during the browsing scenarios tested.
10. Services disabled under the current configuration
WooCommerce Order Attribution
WooCommerce Order Attribution / Sourcebuster is disabled.
The sbjs_* cookies associated with this feature should therefore not be created under Breeziful's current configuration.
Retainful
Retainful is installed but disabled.
No Retainful script, cookie or network request should be triggered on the public website under the configuration planned for launch.
If either service is activated in the future, Breeziful will first reassess the privacy and consent implications and update this Policy where necessary.
11. Managing cookies and stored data
You can control, delete or block cookies and stored website data through your browser settings.
Deleting certain functional mechanisms may, however:
- sign you out of your account;
- remove your selected currency;
- interrupt certain stages of a request or payment process;
- reset your Éléonore session;
- prevent certain website features from operating correctly.
The exact procedures depend on the browser you use.
12. Changes to this Policy
Breeziful may update this Policy, in particular where:
- a feature is added or removed;
- a new third-party service is activated;
- the payment process changes;
- analytics, marketing or advertising tools are introduced;
- the storage technologies used by the website materially change;
- applicable legal requirements change.
The date shown at the top of this page identifies the version currently in force.
