The presence of content on Breeziful does not in itself constitute an absolute guarantee or official certification. It reflects an editorial assessment based on the information available at the time of publication.

Where does our information come from?
Content may be developed using a service provider's public information, official websites, commercial or technical documents, direct exchanges, press releases, visits or trips, internal reference materials, information supplied by a partner and additional research carried out by Breeziful.
Breeziful strives to cross-check and rephrase this information to produce clear, useful content. As prices, availability, opening times, services and conditions can change quickly, they must be checked before booking or travelling.
An essential distinction
Editorial content
An article, guide or piece of travel inspiration may be published for its editorial interest, independently of any commercial relationship.
Partner content
Content may be created with a partner's help, information or images, without relieving Breeziful of the need to present it clearly.
Commercial offer
When a service can be ordered or requested, its role, price and terms are presented separately in the offer or ordering process.
A commercial relationship does not mean that Breeziful guarantees every operational element provided by the partner. Conversely, it must not be concealed when the publication context requires it to be disclosed to the reader.
Displayed prices and availability confirmation
Most offers presented on Breeziful display a price corresponding to the services described on their page. This price may depend in particular on the dates chosen, the season, the number of travellers, the room category, the length of stay, the options selected, taxes or supplements and the supplier's terms.
For some offers, the price may be displayed while availability still needs to be confirmed directly by the supplier. Once the order has been recorded, Breeziful then has a maximum of 72 hours to obtain this confirmation.
During this period:
- the request or order has been recorded;
- the displayed price remains the price of the service ordered, subject to an obvious error or a clearly stated condition;
- availability is not yet definitively guaranteed;
- no service should be considered finally confirmed until Breeziful has sent the corresponding confirmation.
When the supplier confirms availability, the Customer receives final confirmation. If the service is unavailable, Breeziful may propose another date, an equivalent service, another category or an alternative solution. The Customer remains free to accept or refuse this proposal.
If no solution is accepted and payment has already been collected for the unavailable service, the amount concerned is refunded in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Some services may nevertheless be presented without an immediately available price, with wording such as "price on request", "request a quotation" or "price to be confirmed". In this case, the visitor must obtain a proposal before they can complete their order.
Payment is made when the request or order is submitted, before availability is confirmed. If the service is unavailable or confirmation is not received within 72 hours, an administrator reviews the case. Any necessary refund requires explicit administrative action; it is never initiated automatically.
Professionals responsible for their services
Accommodation providers, destination management companies, guides, experience creators and other partners remain responsible for the information and services they provide. Breeziful may present their activities, forward a request, facilitate an exchange, market certain services, help explain an offer or assist visitors in making their choice. Breeziful's exact role depends on the service and is specified in the offer, confirmation or applicable terms.

Éléonore can find relevant content, compare several possibilities, rephrase a need, suggest a destination, explain information on the website or prepare a more precise request. Her responses may contain errors, omissions or information that has become outdated; she does not replace availability confirmation, a contract, human approval, medical or legal advice, or official information.
Information can change
Breeziful regularly updates its content. A service provider, reader or traveller can report incorrect information, an incorrect address, a closed establishment, a changed service, a broken link, a misattributed photograph or outdated content to contact@breeziful.com or through the Contact page.
